Who Needs Carbs

managing an LCHF lifestyle in Israel

… regarding the article my hubby wrote about the other day …

I looked at the food/exercise table and started to wonder: how can food be compared that way? Here are just a few examples:

  • “soup with 2 medium sized kneidlach” – What type of soup and how much? What is medium sized?  (My medium kneidlach are considered small at my aunts’ …)
  • “Gefilte fish” – What ingredients? How big a piece?
  • “50 mins dancing” – Slow or rock’n roll?

How stupid do dietitians and  journalists, or at least the ones behind this article, think people are? >:-(
