managing an LCHF lifestyle in Israel

Or – There’s nothing to eat!

Are two common excuses you hear when people explain why they don’t want to give up on pasta and potatoes.

Our Ewe of Sukkot menu:

  • Creamy mushroom-yellow beans soup
  • Salmon with tomatoes and basil under a cover of mashed cauliflower & cheese
  • Eggplant in tahini, cucumber salad, steamed carrots with butter & cinnamon
  • Mango ice cream, port & raisins truffles
  • And we drank a Viognier from the Assif winery

Boring??? And we certainly got saited!
