I was asked by someone to give her some LCHF friendly recipes and I started to think – Actually there’s usually no problem to convert “regular” recipes to suit even those who don’t want to eat unnecessary sugar and starches:
Seasoning of soups and sauces – No problem to give up all the various powders. It’s enough to look at their ingredient lists and season with the same things, each one individually, but without all the dextroses and glutamats etc..
Crumbs for schnitzels? Slivered almonds, for example …
Nevertheless I added some small things to the list of recipes. 🙂
