managing an LCHF lifestyle in Israel
There are fatty acids and amino acids (proteins) that the body can’t produce by itself, thus the body needs to get them through food. But not carbohydrates, the body can make them by itself.
Why does it matter?
Because if we don’t eat enough carbohydrates (and believe me, an ordinary person usually eats much more than he needs to even when he reduces some carbohydrates), the body can still produce the rest by itself.
